For US and Canadian food buyers sourcing Khadri dates wholesale, the challenge isn't just finding a supplier — it's securing a large-caliber, amber-to-dark date with consistent moisture levels, robust audit documentation, and the structural integrity required for gourmet stuffing, chocolate enrobing, and premium retail packing.
Kartago Dates Wholesale is a direct Khadri supplier with farm-level sourcing across the premier date groves of the Middle East. We supply food manufacturers, gourmet chocolatiers, health food brands, and natural food retailers across the United States and Canada with full COA, USDA Organic, and Halal certification available on every order.
From the grove to your facility: traceable, certified, and available in bulk. Khadri is rapidly becoming the preferred cost-effective alternative to Medjool for premium applications. When you source from Kartago, you buy direct from the origin — with no intermediary margin and full traceability documentation.
Cultivated in sun-drenched desert regions optimized for large-scale date agriculture.
Khadri dates are highly prized for their unique physical properties: they are notably large, elongated, and feature a beautifully wrinkled, dark amber skin. Unlike overly sticky varieties, Khadri offers a distinctively chewy, clean texture and a moderate, caramel-like sweetness that doesn't overwhelm the palate.
The extreme daytime heat and mineral-dense soils produce a fruit that is consistently plump, structurally sound, and less prone to skin separation than competing varieties. Its excellent structural integrity makes it the benchmark variety for gourmet stuffing and chocolate enrobing, as well as a high-yield raw material for premium date paste.
Flavor profile: Mild, rich caramel undertones, pleasant non-cloying sweetness. Texture: distinctively chewy with a clean bite — holds its shape perfectly under mechanical pressure. Processability: low surface stickiness ensures easy handling on automated lines.
